Each day we are presented with opportunities to invest in the lives of others. Today I had a great opportunity to share some time with second grade elementary students at Moreland Road Elementary School. The City of Griffin and the Griffin Environmental Council honored 30 years of Arbor Day Friday by planting trees, as well as giving away small, bare-root trees to be planted.
